REALTOR® Jeffrey Butler, President and Principal Broker of Butler Realty Group, has been selected as the 2012 REALTOR® of the Year by the RI Commercial and Appraisal Board of REALTORS®.  This prestigious award is based on his outstanding contributions and his leadership in the real estate industry.  Mr. Butler is the 2012 Treasurer of the RI Commercial and Appraisal Board of REALTORS® and serves as the 2012 Treasurer of Statewide Multiple Listing Service ™.

Mr. Butler serves on the Commercial Information Exchange (CIE) Task Force with Statewide MLS and has been instrumental in researching and negotiating a proposed platform that will enhance commercial listing and sales data in the Rhode Island and southern New England Market. Mr. Butler began his real estate career in 1977 and brings a wide range of expertise and services to his clients.
