On Thursday, April 12 the East Greenwich Music Department hosted its first ever "Spring String Fling-A-Ding-Ding"!  This event was held after school from 4PM - 8PM for string players in grades 4 - 8.  Young musicians met at Cole Middle School to rehearse, eat and have fun!  The concert featured a performance at each level starting with the Grade 4 Beginning Strings throughout the 7th and 8th Grade Orchestra.  The Grande Finale consisted of two songs performed by all string players!  Directed by Mrs. Megan Catelli and Mrs. Leslie Lee, we hope that this will be the first of many more String Concerts to come!  Bravo to our young string players!  You were AWESOME!
