Story Hour: Every week there's a new story read to the children with animal crackers and fun at . Favorite stories are "No Matter What" and "Jungle Explorer." If you come early you can help pick the story. Better yet, there is a 10 percent additional discount on everything in the store during story hour. 11:30 a.m.

'Love Is In The Air' Concert: A Valentine’s concert sung by local favorite Phoebe Madden together with Michael DiMucci featuring love songs of the American Songbook at The Towers in Narragansett at 3 p.m. $20.

'Animal Prints' Silent Auction: The event will showcase the beauty of shelter animals from EGAPL in photos. There will be a silent auction, raffles, photos for purchase, appetizers, desserts and champagne.

'Thoroughly Modern Millie': The students of Cole Middle School act and sing in a new version of this 1920s musical. 7 p.m. $10 at the door.

Weather: Snow — cold white stuff that often accompanies winter in this part of New England — is in the forecast today. Expect 3 to 5 inches. Really.
