The East Greenwich Boys Basketball team fell to North Smithfield, 57-52, Friday night, Dec. 21, at home. EG is now 3-1 in Division III play, 3-2 overall.

North Smithfield led the entire game, but the Avengers came close to bridging the gap at half-time, with the score 23-21. NS’s Matt Walkow was the game’s top scorer, with 17 points.

Nolan Cooney led the scoring for EG with 12 points overall. Brandon Eckles had 11 points.
