Five Things: Belly to Belly, Wedding Walk

Symposium story hour:
Every week they pick a new story and read it to the kids. Favorite stories are "No Matter What" and "Jungle Explorer." Come early and help pick the story. Bonus: There is a 10 percent additional discount on everything in the store during story hour! 11:30 a.m.

Wedding Walk: It's going to be a bridal extravaganza on Main Street Saturday. The action starts at Couture Bridal, 175 Main St., from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, check out the Facebook page.

Sharing Locker:
Once a month, the Westminster Unitarian Church opens its Sharing Locker, which has non-food items available for those who need them — everything from shampoo and laundry soap to dish soap and dog food. 10 a.m. to noon.

EGAPL Spring Rummage Sale: The East Greenwich Animal Protection League is holding its Spring Rummage Sale today from noon to 3 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, 1016 Post Road. If you have items to contribute, drop them off between 9 to 11:30 a.m. at the same location. All proceeds will be used for the animals. EGAPL is an all volunteer and nonprofit league. Belly to Belly Charity Road Race: Runners start at the Fat Belly's on Old Forge Road, run to the Main Street Fat Belly's then finish back at the Old Forge Road location. Oh, and they have to drink beer and eat hot dogs. The race starts at 2 p.m. Go to www.runbellytobelly.com for all the details.
