Your guide for life in East Greenwich today, June 5.

Caregivers Info Hour: The EG Senior Center is holding a drop-in hour to provide resources to caregivers who may be stressed and in need of support and guidance, presented by Cornerstone. Cornerstone works to connect families with transportation, home-based health care, financial assistance, and other needed services. Offered on the third Tuesday of every month, the group is facilitated by case manager Paula Dunn. The event starts at 10:30 at Swift Community Center. It’s free.

Cash Mob: That's right ... it's finally come to East Greenwich. The Buy Local folks are planning a cash mob here on Main Street. If you want to join the fun, meet in the parking lot in front of Back to Basics at 5:30. Bring $20 cash. From there, we'll learn what store is being "targeted." For more info, check out this Facebook link.Cove Commission meeting: The agenda includes two right of way issues. The meeting takes place at 4:30 p.m. at Town Hall.

There will also be a report on the 2013 budget and from the building, fields and finance meetings. The meeting will be preceded by an executive session at 6 p.m. with the regular session begins at 7 p.m. in the library at Cole Middle School.
