Obituary: Sullynette Sanchez, 23
Sanchez died Friday after a car accident on Route 4, but her baby boy survived.
Sullynette "Sully" Sanchez, 23, died Friday, Sept. 28, from injuries received in a three-car accident on Route 4 in East Greenwich. She leaves behind the love of her life Steven J. Bustamante and their newborn son Daryel.
Born in Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of Ramonita Cortes of Providence and the late Ferdinand Sanchez.
Sully graduated from Cooley Health and Science Technical Academy in Providence in 2007. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rhode Island in 2011 and had been working in the URI Admissions office.
Sully is also survived by a sister, Suzette Sanchez; two nieces, Soriah and Angelina, and many other dear relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 4, in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., off Smithfield Ave., in Lincoln. Burial will be in North Burial Ground, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Oct. 5, from 5 to 8 p.m.

It is so sad to see such a wonderful young lady pass on the mids of her life, when she was going to learn the wonderful joy of being a mother. May she rest in peace and her baby too. You will be missed.
