Obituary: Tammy Cirioni Howard, 38

She was a caring and compassionate therapist.

Tammy Cirioni Howard, adored wife of Brian Howard and beloved daugher of Sharon Podvarney and Frank Cirioni, passed away on March 3.

Tammy, born Sept. 3, 1974, was a caring and compassionate therapist with an office on Main Street in East Greenwich. She was an avid and voracious reader with a genuine curiosity about the world around her. She appreciated those who entered her life and one could feel that appreciation through the warmth of her smile.

She leaves behind her husband, brother Frank and his wife Kristen, and nieces and nephews Frank, Celia and Alex.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to Tammy's favorite arts organization, Jacob's Pillow Dance at jacobspillow.org.

Her funeral will be private. Calling hours are Saturday, March 9, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Hill Funeral Home, 822 Main Street, East Greenwich. To visit her obituary, click here.

Tammy I am sorely going to miss you I remember back in the day When you Used to Sit on the couch And watch those crappy movies And eat frosting out of the container And your goal was to help people May God rest your soul And you will always be in my prayers And where you Are I am sure They have all your crappy movies And all the frosting you want So curl up On the couch and enjoy your new journey. We all are truly going to miss you Save me some frosting. xxoo
My deepest sympathy To the family My prayers are with you all

You don't get over it, you just get through it. You don't get by it, because you can't get around it. It doesn't 'get better'; it just gets different. Everyday... Grief puts on a new face....RIP Tammy.. I miss you!!!!
