An arrest does not indicate a conviction.Tuesday, Nov. 17:18 p.m. - Police charged Jonathan Staley, 21, of Providence with marijuana possession after he was stopped because of speeding on Division Street. Staley was pulled over near Heritage Park after he was clocked driving 50 mph in a 25 mph zone. He told police that he couldn’t lower his window because it was broken. When Staley opened his door, police detected the smell of marijuana. The car belonged to Staley’s passenger’s mother. Monday, July 259:28 a.m. - Police arrested Gina Loccisano, 45, of Middle Road on a Warwick Police warrant for obtaining money under false pretenses and receiving stolen goods. According to the report, Loccisano admitted to having some stolen items in her possession, then handed over four gold and pearl earrings.5:12 p.m. - Police cited a Main Street man for driving without a license, driving with an expired registration (February 2011), driving with an expired inspection sticker (October 2010), and driving without using a seat belt.
