More About Focus Yoga
Focus Yoga is a yoga studio that offers classes and private instruction to students aged 5 and up. Gentle Yoga, Yoga Basics, Yoga Flow and Meridian Yoga, to name a few, are body movement classes for adults. Youth and kid classes include Kid Power for ages 5 through 8 and Teen Power for ages 13 and up. All levels of experience are welcome. Focus Yoga also offers meditation classes. Beginning Meditation is the only class at Focus Yoga that requires pre-registration. Please visit the website for class schedules and other information.
