 &nbsp\;\nWe are seeking Art and Craft items that are of good quality\, a
 nd reasonably priced to move quickly in a typical local Artisans Market 
 Place.\n&nbsp\;\nFoot Traffic for each Market Day throughout the winter 
 is expected to be in excess of 500\, with attendance well exceeding this
  prior to the holiday season.&nbsp\; The Market operates every Saturday 
 through the winter months through April.\n&nbsp\;\nPsuedio Studio and Ga
 llery\, and the location of items consigned will not be part of the mark
 et\, but rather will be in direct line with the entrance into the entire
  artisans market place.&nbsp\; They will not be missed.&nbsp\; PSUEDIO S
 tudio will be the Gateway to the market.\n&nbsp\;\nPrior to acceptance f
 or consignment\, of an artists or artisan&rsquo\;s works\, we must recei
 ve emailed example images of items to be offered and prices requested fo
 r these items.\n&nbsp\;\n*Please keep in mind when pricing work that we 
 are looking for wholesale pricing.&nbsp\; Wholesale pricing can be calcu
 lated as 50% to 60% of suggested retail price.&nbsp\; Remember however\,
  we are seeking items that will move\, so price for volume of sales.*\nC
 onsignment Terms:\n&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Psuedio Studio &amp\; Gallery a
 ccepts works on consignment based on a pre-agreed price for a pre-determ
 ined length of time.&nbsp\; Each Artisans work is consigned individually
  according to these variables.\n&nbsp\; &nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Upon accept
 ance for consignment of work by Psuedio\, the Artisan and Psuedio Studio
  &amp\; Gallery will complete a written agreement that specifies and def
 ines: Items consigned\, with description\, Price per item\, Anticipated 
 duration of consignment\, Terms of payment for sold items\, Display requ
 irements (if applicable)\, Payment terms\n&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\;&nbsp\; T
 he items are to be delivered to the studio by the artisan according to t
 hese terms\, and are to be displayed for sale in the Gallery and Studio.
 &nbsp\; When the item has sold\, Psuedio Studio will submit payment to t
 he artisan for the full agreed upon price for said item\, according to t
 he terms in the agreement. If the items have not sold by the end date of
  the Consignment agreement\, the Artisan is responsible for pick up of t
 hese items from the studio within 14 days of agreement close.&nbsp\; Psu
 edio Studio &amp\; Gallery retains the right to alter the duration of th
 e consignment agreement\, but will not do so without written notice.\nNo
 te:&nbsp\; There is no commission taken from the agreed upon price in th
 e consignment agreement.&nbsp\; The agreed upon price is the sum that wi
 ll be issued to the artisan upon sale of said item.&nbsp\; Psuedio Studi
 o &amp\; Gallery retains the right to determine the selling price of eac
