Macy’s annual Shop for a Cause event is held around the nation every year helping local nonprofits raise money for their work. This year on Saturday, August 27^th shoppers in Rhode Island can support House of Hope CDC by shopping at their local Macy’s.

To participate, shoppers must buy a $5 shopping pass from House of Hope CDC for exclusive savings to be used in store or online on Saturday August 27^th. Ticket buyers also receive a chance to win a $500 Macy’s Gift card. All proceeds from the sales of the shopping passes will go directly to the House of Hope CDC which strives to prevent and end homelessness by developing and applying innovative models that couple housing with client-centered services.
