Recycles get picked up this week: Just a reminder – we are on an every-other-week pickup schedule for recyclables now. This week we need to put both trash AND recycle containers curbside.

Goddard Park Farmers Market: The market at Goddard Park is back. It’s a great way to get ready for the weekend. Off Ives Road, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Avenger Home Action: No home games on Thursday, but Friday the Football team plays Moses Brown in a PINK OUT game. For all the EGHS Avenger action, check out the Booster Club’s website here.

Teen Center: The Teen Center meets from 6 to 8 p.m. at the gym at Eldredge Elementary. All teens are welcome, as are adults who’d like to volunteer.

Columbus Day is Monday and is a state and federal holiday. Banks and government offices – including town offices – will be closed, but most businesses will be open. Trash pickup is delayed one day for the week.
