Citizens Who Care & Sochi Fundraiser

Your guide for life in East Greenwich today, Jan. 16.

Christmas tree curbside collection & recyclables: This is the last week the town will collect your tree and recycle it. Just make sure your tree is bare – no ornaments, tinsel, metal or wires – and NOT in a plastic bag. If you’ve used a bag to get your tree out of your house neatly, just make sure to pull it off. Also, this is a recycle week – pull those big blue toters to the curb. For more information, check out the town’s DPW website here.
