Carved pumpkins needed: The Seasons East Greenwich, a nonprofit assisted-living community, is looking for carved pumpkin donations. Most of our residents wouldn't be able to walk through the Roger Willams Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular so we make a smaller version and have it right here for them! The staff participate in carving pumpkins but we would appreciate any donation of carved pumpkins for this event. The Pumpkin Spooktacular is on Wednesday, October 30. If you are interested in carving a pumpkin or two, you can drop them off at 5 Saint Elizabeth Way. Questions? Contact Jessica Souza at jsouza@theseasons.org or 884-9099.
