EG Chamber’s Business After Hours: The EG Chamber of Commerce is holding our next Business After Hours at Finn's Harborside. From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

NECAP Community Forum: Community Forum: High-Stakes Standardized Testing is the third in a series of forums furthering the vigorous statewide debate over the use of the NECAP test as a high school graduation requirement and a broader national debate over high-stakes standardized testing. At Town Hall at 6:30 p.m. Panelists participating in the forum include: Rick Richards, former school & district accountability specialist, Rhode Island Department of Education; Ron Wolk, former vice president at Brown University; founder of Education Week; Anne Mulready, senior attorney, Rhode Island Disability Law Center, and Christopher Boie, math teacher East Greenwich High School.
