On Well Water? Learn How To Keep It Safe

Your guide for life in East Greenwich today, Oct. 8.

Recycleables get picked up this week: Just a reminder – we are on an every-other-week pickup schedule for recyclables now. This week we need to put both trash AND recycle containers curbside.

Private Well Water Workshop: During the workshop you will learn how you can protect your private well through regular testing, private well maintenance, and good housekeeping practices for your well. The workshops are hosted by the Rhode Island Department of Health and the University of Rhode Island's Cooperative Extension Water Quality Program. Pre-registration is required for workshops as space is limited. Programs are free. Call (401) 874-4918 to register. For more information, see www.riwelltesting.org.
