EG non-profit Tails To Teach awarded $39,000 grant from The RI Foundation

Tails To Teach, a local East Greenwich non-profit, has been awarded a $39,000 grant from The RI Foundation to expand their existing humane education program in RI’s under-served urban schools. Working in the classroom with local rescue dogs who are now registered pet-assisted therapy (PAT) dogs, Tails To Teach (TTT) helps children explore and develop the character traits of kindness, compassion and empathy. To support this unique, in-school program that benefits kids and animals please visit www.tailstoteach.org or contact laura@tailstoteach.org for more information.
