Timucin Marino age 14 swam from Asia to Europe on july 7th. Timucin participated at "2Continents 1Meet" in Istanbul and swam 6.5km in Marmara Sea where Black sea and Aegean Sea meets. Open water, currants going different directions, wild winds, big waves did not stop him to finish the corse in 52:42 mins. This year 1500 swimmers were signed up for this meet ages 14-70, Timucin placed in the top 20%.
