Said Gamba, “The past 2 years have been frustrating for me but they have also been very motivating. Since the election of 2012, I have spent a significant amount of time studying and working on issues that matter most to the people of North Kingstown. As Vice-Chairwoman of the North Kingstown Republican Party, I have gained greater insight into many of the issues that face North Kingstown and Rhode Island.”

Gamba will be seeking the seat currently occupied by Robert Craven Sr. who defeated Laurence Ehrhardt in 2012.

Said Gamba, “Having watched the actions of our newly elected Representative, along with my analysis, I am even more determined to become North Kingstown’s Representative for District 32. After spending many days at the State House during the 2013 session and testifying before House and Senate committees on many bills, I am completely committed to being part of the solution for a better Rhode Island for all residents.  I have spoken with hundreds of my North Kingstown neighbors from all political persuasions and find that we share a common frustration with how our RI legislature is functioning.”

Sharon and her husband Dennis have been married for 40 years, have 2 grown children, 2 grandchildren and have run a successful business in RI for over 35 years.
