This 8-week holistic fitness program
integrates running, yoga, empowerment practices, and nutrition in a social environment that fosters lifelong health and fitness for women.

Each class includes a 1-hour yoga and empowerment practice, and a 30-45 minute coach-led group run. Also included are:

•A 
womenRYSE© (womenRYSE workbook and water bottle) 
•Online mobile training plan with tracking 
•Private Facebook community for support and continuity.
