Dogs Have Their Day At Goddard Sunday
The 16th annual Hound Hike was a little wet, but that didn't dampen the fun.
The day dawned wet for the East Greenwich Animal Protection League 16th Annual Hound Hike but that only meant dogs, and their people, arrived at Goddard Park with foul weather gear.
These are hardcore dog lovers.
Jim Hummel of the Hummel Report was back to MC the event, and there were lots of things to look at in the carousel building where everyone gathered before and after the walk.

The walkers were rewarded with some warm food when they got back. To say nothing of the satisfaction that their donations will provide shelter for dogs and cats in need of permanent homes.
