During his six-year career as director of enrollment services at Brown University, Berry managed all enrollment services activity for 7,200 students and created and implemented a customer relationship management tool to improve customer service outreach and address high volume communications and student retention. During this period, he was able to also transition to a paper-free work environment, which allowed for improved delivery of advising tools and pertinent data to the various university constituencies.

"I very much value the role the Registrar's Office has in the execution of the university's mission to deliver transparent and seamless service to students, their families and all associated campus stakeholders,” Berry said. “As the overall educational experience across higher education continues to progress to a more dynamic deliverable, it is my hope that the Registrar's Office will be at the vanguard of these evolutions."
