Caregivers Info Hour: The who may be stressed and in need of support and guidance, presented by Cornerstone. Cornerstone works to connect families with transportation, home-based health care, financial assistance, and other needed services. Offered on the third Tuesday of every month, the group is facilitated by case manager Paula Dunn. Cornerstone is a member of Saint Elizabeth Community, a not-for-profit, charitable organization and comprehensive provider of services for seniors, those with disabilities or debilitating illness. Scott Douglas Soccer Academy (SDSA): Whoops, it’s day two of April break and your kids are in desperate need of activity! They will have missed the first day, but swing by EGHS and see if you can sign up your kids for Scott Douglas’s Soccer Academy for the remaining four days. SDSA is open to players of all skills and abilities, offering personalized instruction in the fundamentals of soccer. All players receive high quality technical training from a dedicated coaching staff. Camp director, Scott Douglas, is a two time All-American RI high school soccer athlete. He is a three time winning Division 2 High School Coach of the Year who has coached the EGHS boys’ team and is the current EGHS girls’ coach. Additionally, he is a successful coach in RI Youth Superliga and an active member of EGSA. Scott is currently guiding EGSA development as the coaching director.
