Workplace wellness company Provant today announced the expansion of its nationwide client service capability with the hiring of two new executives, Shannon Shallcross and Bridget Shapiro.
Shallcross, Provant’s new national vice president of client management, is responsible for Provant’s client service quality throughout the country. She comes to Provant with 12 years of client service experience, rising from account manager to assistant vice president of Sales and Client Services at Amica Mutual Insurance company.
Shapiro, Provant’s new vice president of client management, is responsible for executing Provant’s client service strategy and ensuring optimal quality levels in client accounts. She has spent a decade in wellness industry client service, performing a wide range of activities to ensure client return on investment in employee well-being. She has also written professionally for television, radio and technology companies.
“Shannon and Bridget are already engaging with clients and identifying ways we can assist them in continually improving productivity, financial performance and moving key population health success indicators,” said Provant CEO Heather Provino. “We’re delighted they’ve joined our team as we strengthen our service and roll out new offerings.”
Shallcross is a board member of the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra and Music School and founding chairperson of Bravo! Young Professionals, a non-profit group bringing high-quality music education to elementary school students. She has a master’s degree in insurance management from Boston University.
Shapiro, who serves on the board of the East Greenwich Summer Arts and Festival Organization, earned a bacheor’s degree in English from Old Dominion University.
Both are based in Provant’s East Greenwich, R.I., headquarters.
