Need a Quick Oil Change? Flood Ford Has you Covered with New Quick Lane Facility

Mike Flood invested $1.5 million to open a new Quick Lane Tire and Service Center facility on South County Trail.

You need your oil changed, tired rotated and quick routine service but hate scheduling an appointment at your dealership.

You're not alone and Mike Flood, owner of Flood Ford, has spent $1.5 million on a new facility in East Greenwich to cater to your needs.

The new Quick Lane Tire and Auto Center at 2532 South County Trail is now open and officials from the town, Ford and the staff of Flood Ford were on hand to celebrate a ribbon cutting last week.

The facility offers quick, no-appointment-necessary service while you wait for all vehicle makes and models.

The brand new building has the latest diagnostic equipment and tools and the staff will likely be professional and clean — something Flood is known to enforce. Have you ever noticed how spotlessly clean his dealerships tend to be?

It's no secret to employees and friends that Mike Flood is a stickler for detail and it reflects in his new venture.

Fresh on the inside, comfortable on the inside, customers also get the assurance of dealership handiwork on their rides, which is something many car owners, especially new car buyers, want. It's a way to make sure they're in the clear if problems arise and warranty service is needed.

Along with oil changes, Quick Lane locations offer new tires, tire installation and balancing, wiper blades, cabin and engine filter changes, quick check ups and more.

Though cars these days are highly computerized, even entry-level models, and the average car owner need not regularly inspect things under the hood anymore, the reliability of modern cars doesn't mean regular check ups aren't required. Some people will drive until a light comes on and unless it's an advance alert that an oil change is due, they're risking serious damage without routine checks.

So if you're in the market for a new place to get a quick oil change — and have someone give your car a quick seasonal checkup — why not give Flood's new Quick Lane a try?
