Saint Elizabeth Home receives award.

Saint Elizabeth Home
has received the My InnerView "Excellence in Action" award. The award is presented annually to homes that achieve outstanding customer and employee satisfaction. This survey gauges the satisfaction of customers and provides excellent feedback to staff. “We are committed to excellence and are grateful to be a recipient of the Excellence in Action Award," said Administrator Matt Trimble. "It is the fourth year in a row that we have received this recognition.”

To receive the award, Saint Elizabeth Home scored in the top 10 percent of qualifying facilities in terms of respondents rating the facility as “excellent,” both when asked the question “What is your recommendation of this facility to others?” and “What is your recommendation of this facility as a place to work?”
As a recipient of the award, Saint Elizabeth Home is recognized for its commitment to continuous quality improvement and successfully making quality a priority to better serve the needs of customers and employees.
