A HOLIDAY WISH FOR CHESTER

Chester is a handsome boxer mix who is about 2 years old. EGAPL rescued him from a high-kill shelter but at the time we did not know of his history. As it turns out, Chester had been shot and had the bullet removed but there is still damage that will require a major surgery. It is quite expensive, not something we anticipated, so now we are looking for someone who may want to adopt Chester in his current state. It would be best for Chester to recuperate in a home where he can be well cared for and loved by someone he will trust! We would be willing to ask for donations towards his surgery but cannot promise to raise all that is needed, so his adoption fee will be reduced. Right now Chester is best suited for an adult only household.
