EG College Grads, Dean’s Lists, Spring 2013, Part 2

Graduations

Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut is pleased to announce its graduates from the annual Commencement held on May 18-19. Approximately 1,500 graduates received degrees from Sacred Heart University this year. Area residents who received degrees include David Mandeville, a Bachelor of Science: Biology Ecology & Conservation, and Paul Link, a Bachelor of Science: Business Administration.

Nolan James Peduto was among 3,678 students from Miami University who received degrees during spring commencement exercises Saturday, May 11 at Yager Stadium. Peduto received a B.S. in Business degree.

Andrew Morsilli received an Associate of Arts from Oxford College of Emory University on May 11, and Omar Moid received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University on May 13.

Dean’s List

Amanda Miller has been placed on the Gettysburg College Dean's Honor list for outstanding academic achievement in the Spring 2013 semester. Students with a quality point average of 3.60 or higher (on a 4.0 scale) for a semester's work are placed on the College's Dean's Honor List.

Berklee College of Music announces that the following local students have earned placement on the Dean's List for the spring semester of the 2013 academic year: Jacob Torrey, Menas Woloohojian, Jeremy Gertz. The Berklee curriculum focuses on practical career preparation for today's music industry. To be eligible for the Dean's List, a full-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.4 or above; a part-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.6 or above.

Brian Scott Feldman was named to the Dean's List for the spring 2013 semester at Washington University in St. Louis. Feldman is enrolled in the university's College of Arts & Sciences. To qualify for the Dean's List in the College of Arts & Sciences, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.6 or above and be enrolled in at least 14 graded units.

The following hometown residents were named to the Dean's List during the spring 2013 semester at Salve Regina University: Nicole Palumbo, a junior majoring in Early Childhood Education, and Felicia Tutsch, a freshman majoring in Nursing RN-BS. To qualify for the dean's list, full-time undergraduate students must earn a minimum grade point average of 3.6 with no grade below a "B" in that semester.

Sarah J. Testoni has been named to second honors on the Clark University Dean's List. This selection marks outstanding academic achievement during the Spring 2013 semester. To be eligible for second honors, students must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
