Shady Lea Mill offers an open studio to all visitors today.
Weren't expecting the kids to be out of school today and caught off-guard on how to entertain them? How about exposing them to some various forms of art and culture.
Shady Lee Mill, 215 Shady Lea Road, houses more than 40 artists, artisans and craftsmen and women working in various media. The mill is hosting an open studio day today, allowing visitors to meet jewelers, potters, painters, woodworkers, upholsterers, sculptors, glassblowers, photographers and other artists and artisans and see their works.
