Five Things: Mosaic Concert, 'Greenwich Boulevard' Development & More

Planning Board meeting: The only thing on tonight's agenda is the proposed for property behind the on Main Street, and including Sunnybrook Farms. Joseph Zenga wants to build 40 housing units on the site in the style (designed by the same architect) as Greene Street Cottages. The meeting is held in Council Chambers at 7 p.m.

'Hiring our Heroes' Job Fair: Today at the Warwick Armory, 541 Post Road, from 1 to 4 p.m., is a job fair for employers and veteran and military spouse job seekers to meet and match needs with job skills. The event is being conducted by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Free, easy registration for both employers and job seekers is available at: http://www.uschamber.com/hiringourheroes/warwick-ri.

Mosaic Concert VII: If you can, attend this concert. It’s the best of the best of musical offerings. From the jazz band to choral offerings to string ensembles to solo performances, it’s a wonderful evening of music! What’s more, it’s free. But donations are encouraged. They will go to Jake’s Wheels, a nonprofit for Jake Downey, Boys Baseball coach Bob Downey’s son, who has congenital hydrocephalus. More info can be found @ www.jakeswheels.com. The concert takes place at EGHS at 7 p.m.

Hanaford Art Night and Ice Cream Social: Art and ice cream … two things that are hard to beat. Put them together and they are a home run. It happens tonight at from 6 to 8 p.m.

How to Start a Profitable Small Business: A free presentation by David Nash, president of Engage Marketing, Inc., and David Lucier, CPA, at , 1408 Division Road, Hall of Fame Room on the first floor. From 6:30 to 9 p.m.
