Fire District meeting: The Fire Commissioners are meeting this morning at 8:30 a.m. to vote on health care coverage and business related to the Annual Meeting. At Town Hall. Bring your own coffee.

Transfer Station is open: Our local hub of activity is open today between 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Come on down!

Nancy Stephen Gallery & School Art Show, Sale: Featuring over 90 local artists (both youth and adults) and their work of all mediums, at Crestar, on Liberty Street. The opening reception takes place today from 1 to 3 p.m. The show is open today from noon to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Story Hour at Symposium Books: At Story Hour at Symposium Books, they pick a new story every week and read it to the kids with animal crackers as a snack. Come early and help pick the story, and better yet, there is a 10 percent additional discount on everything in the store during story hour.
