I'm an optimist: My turkey will come out of the oven a deep caramel brown color. I won't burn the apple pie crust. I will have enough matching napkins for the table.
Or maybe not.
Either way, I find the actual meal part is over so fast that I like to take some pictures along the way to remember it all.
