New Month, Knitting, LAX & More

Five things you need to know about East Greenwich today, March 1.


Nature Tales: Share the joy of reading with a child at each month for a nature-inspired storytime. Children ages 2 to 5 and their grown-ups will enjoy stories that are engaging and foster a love of reading. At the RHS library today from 10 to 11 a.m.

Hill & Harbor Knitting and Crocheting Group: This friendly group meets weekly at the East Greenwich Free Library, beginners and experienced alike. All are welcome. From 1 to 3 p.m.

LAX registration: Lacrosse season is getting closer but there is still time to register you child. The season starts in early April and goes to mid-June. New players are always welcome – no experience is necessary.
