Snow, Sleet Pelt Southern Rhode Island

Driving is a bit treacherous tonight - be careful!

Across southern Rhode Island tonight, there is a wintery mess out there. The rain turned to a sleety snow around 7 p.m. Wind gusts up to 47 mph will continue through the night, with possible thunder.

The snow will continue into the morning, possibly turning to rain late morning. It will clear up as the afternoon, with a high temperature of 44 degrees. The good news: no precipitation is predicted for Monday, Halloween.

If you have photos of the snow, share them here.
