Come celebrate the opening of four new artists at the Courthouse Center For The Arts (CCA) and catch a great concert by Mark Cutler and his band Men Of Great Courage in the theater at 8 PM. Concert admission is 12.00, gallery is free.
The CCA is a registered not for profit organization with a mission to open our doors and provide a home for the arts, in all forms. Of course we are located in the coolest and buildings, the granite constructed former home of the Washington County Courthouse; with jail cells and all.
While live theater was the mainstay of CCA over the past few years, we have since refocused and reorganized our efforts to be inclusive of all. Our gallery space is filling with artists and a new schedule will be needed to keep up. Our educational programs are in bloom with instruction for music, theater, and visual arts beginning on January 15. And gratefully, we celebrate 25 years in the RI arts community in November. It's been a long and sometimes indirect path to our goals, but, we are attaining them with new laser focus.
