“Estate Planning Basics”

The RRC at Sargent Rehabilitation Center, partnering with Roger Williams University School of Law Pro Bono Collaborative presents this legal presentation conducted by the law firm of Edwards Palmer LLP.

Topics to be discussed include the basics of estate planning  including: Wills, Revocable Trusts, Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy and HIPAA Release, RI and Federal Transfer Taxes, and the Probate Process. Attorneys will be available to answer questions and meet with seminar participants.

This free workshop is open to the public and is intended for families with members who are disabled including children with disabilities.
