East Greenwich United Methodist Church hosts The Golden Gates Company for a spectacular program representing Russian culture and music. The group will be performing traditional dances from Russia and Ukraine, thrilling audiences with their skillful virtuosity, colorful costumes, syncopation of footwork, and gymnastic leaping of foot-stomping ferocity.
The concert is free, but donations to benefit Russian children are welcome.
There will be a potluck at 1 p.m. followed by the performance for all ages at 2 p.m.
