RI Soaring Club , display, exhibit & Free raffle

The Rhode Island Soaring Club, founded in the early 70s, is a group of dedicated radio controlled model sailplane/glider  builders and flyers, whose primary focus is on thermal and slope soaring as well as park flyers.

We welcome anyone interested in learning more about this exciting, creative hobby to attend this event. Members will be displaying their models and actually building one at this event. 

In addition, there will be a flight simulator in operation and visitors
are welcome to give it a try.  This is a fun event where you will learn about what it takes to be a pilot of your own radio control sailplane.
