              Fisherman's Follies Presents

               " The Creation Chronicles"

It took God seven days to create the world and man has been His greatest triumph and greatest headache.  The stories of man's struggles are what make up the Old Testament of the Bible.  And now you can see the Old Testament come to life in Creation Chronicles at St Luke's Episcopal Church.  You will laugh as the Angel Gabriel helps God on His adventures, hear how Abraham fathered a nation and laugh uproariously at Moses and Aaron and their desert wanderings.  The stories are familiar, the presentation; strangely hysterical.  You'll laugh.  You'll cry.  Oh who are we kidding, you'll laugh a lot.

Fisherman's Follies is based at Emmanuel Church in Cumberland and has performed all over Northern Rhode Island doing "Fish Eyes" and "Dove Tails" as well as "Creation Chronicles" and finally brings its theater group on tour.  If you've seen one of their shows, you know to expect a great night of bible stories told in a humorous way.  If you've never seen them, don't miss this chance.

St Luke's is located at 99 Peirce St in East Greenwich and show times are Saturday October 5 at 7:00 and Sunday October 6 at 3:00 in the church auditorium.  Your free will offering will go toward St Luke's Outreach Ministries and Emmanuel Church's J2A Group. For more information, call St. Luke's at 401-884-4116.
