Skippers Sail Past Avengers Under Friday Night Lights

After a wild week at work, I was more than willing to hand over photo duties to my husband Stephen and sit up in the stands to watch this week’s homecoming football game.  While there were a few high notes, the Avengers struggled again this week in their game against the South Kingstown Skippers.  The Avengers walked away with a 14-39 loss to the Skippers in this non-Division game.  This leaves the Avengers 3:1 in Division III and 5:2 overall going into next week’s game against Mount Pleasant.

EG’s Junior Varsity team travels to North Kingstown on Monday, September 21st for a 3:30 pm game. 

The Varsity Avengers are slated to travel to Mount Pleasant on Friday October 25th at 6:00 pm.  The game will be played at Conley Stadium on Mount Pleasant Avenue in Providence.
