Matthew Boudreau, 184 Pequot Trail, E.G.

Charge of willful trespass from an arrest July 2 and an earlier similar charge were both dismissed. The address on the No Trespass order and the site of the incident did not match.

Marissa Anderson, 296 Lincoln Ave., Fall River, Mass.

Charge of prostitution from an arrest Aug. 28, 2012, was filed for one year after Anderson pleaded no contest. In addition, she is to complete 10 hours of community service.

Gary Anusavice, 47 Lyndon St., Warren, R.I.

Charge of driving after license suspension, denial, revocation or expiration was dismissed. Anusavice’s license was reinstated.

Michael Coates, 5300 Post Road, Warwick, R.I.

Coates pleaded no contest to a charge of driving with a suspended license on April 28. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

William Fuerth, 28 King St., E.G., R.I.

A bench warrant was issued for Fuerth after his failure to comply with pre-trial services following an arrest on disorderly conduct charges June 19.

Edward Hammond, 35 Pardon’s Wood Lane, E.G., R.I.

Charge of disorderly conduct from an arrest June 21 was dismissed as part of a no contest plea to the charge of simple assault. Hammond received a one-year suspended sentence and an order to under domestic violence counseling. He also has to contribute $125 to a domestic violence fund and to pay court costs.

Jose Martinez, Prairie Avenue, Providence, R.I.

Charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed due to an error by the Dept. of Motor Vehicles.

Pablo Quixtan, 55 Bancroft St., Providence, R.I.

Charge of obstructing police was dismissed as part of a plea of no contest to driving without a license. He was fined $350 plus court costs.

Christine Thompson, 156 Marlborough St., E.G., R.I.

Two charges of assault were dismissed as part of a plea of no contest to a disorderly conduct charge from an arrest May 26. The case will be filed for one year and Thompson must undergo domestic violence counseling, alcohol counseling, and pay court costs.
