At the club, they found an open window on the south side of the building with a screen propped up against the building underneath the window. A club board member arrived and found nothing missing in the club house. During a check of the entire property, police found a broken slat in the gate that allowed access to the property. They also noticed water marks and wet footprints on the cement around the pool.

He initially identified himself by a different name and would not give his Social Security number. During a search of the car, police found a driver’s license that belonged to Garcia. Routine checks turned up the warrant; he was charged with obstruction because he gave police a false name. After being booked at the station, he was taken to the ACI.

6:40 p.m. – Police arrested Leonard Karl Millette, 46, of Post Road in Warwick, on a bench warrant after he was pulled over while driving south on Main Street because police had gotten a tip he was driving erratically. Routine checks turned up the warrant. He was taken to the station for booking.
