The East Greenwich schools will be dismissed early today – Tuesday, Dec. 17 – because of the snow that began falling this morning. Afternoon kindergarten is cancelled.
In a robo call to parents, Supt. Victor Mercurio said East Greenwich High School and Cole Middle School would be dismissed at 12:45 p.m.
Eldredge and Frenchtown schools will be dismissed at 1:15 p.m.
Hanaford and Meadowbrook Farms schools will be dismissed at 1:45 p.m.
The snow is expected to continue falling throughout the afternoon and into the evening.
