The drop-in hour provides resources to caregivers who may be stressed and in need of support and guidance. We are able to connect families with transportation, home based health care, financial assistance, and other needed services.
Our goal at Cornerstone, is to help individuals remain in the community by providing a wide array of supportive services.
Offered on the third Tuesday of every month, the group is facilitated by Paula Dunn, Case Manager.
