Flu Vaccine Clinics To Be Held At EG Schools Tuesday

Students, parents, staff and siblings are all welcome to attend the clinics.

Five out of the six EG public schools will be holding flu vaccination clinics on Tuesday between 4 and 7 p.m. The clinics will be held at and , , and elementary schools.

The clinics are being administered by The Wellness Company.

There is no charge for students, but health insurance information will be collected if available. Adults with health insurance through BC/BS, United Healthcare, Medicare Part B, Neighborhood Health, TriCare or Tufts will be able to get the vaccine without a co-pay (you must have your insurance card with you). Everyone else will be charged $20.

In an effort to streamline the vaccinations, schools are suggesting that those with last names starting with A-F arrive between 4 and 5 p.m.; G-N between 5 and 6 p.m. and O-Z between 6 and 7 p.m.

People can show up and register on Tuesday or they can register online.
