Goddard Park Goes To The Dogs This Weekend

EGAPL fundraising dog walk, an outdoor movie, wine & beer tasting & more

(EG Patch had the wrong date in an earlier version of this story.) The East Greenwich Animal Protection League takes it to the park with its biggest fundraiser of the year - a fun-filled day for walkers and animal lovers alike. Bring your dogs, walk the beautiful trails together, and gather samples of pet-related treats and information offered by participating dog food and pet product companies. Participants also will enjoy music, raffles and a free lunch.

Anyone who raises $50 will receive a 2011 Hound Hike T-Shirt, and the first 150 registrants receive a bag of goodies for owner and pet. All money raised goes towards the shelter, food and medical care of area homeless animals.
