Community Update

We had a birthday party here for my 10 year old daughter. She had 15 girls attend. The updo's had to be done over on each girl because they didn't stay in. Also the owner of the salon kept coming to my husband and I telling us the girls need to keep their voices down because the party is during regular business hours. It was under staffed so we were there for more time than we were told. The owner try to charge us for more girls than attended and proceeded to cause a scene at the counter in front of parents that were picking up their children. We had to show her a group picture of the girls after their hair and nails were done to show her the count. It was a horrible experience and I do not recommend a salon party there. It was embarrassing and the owner was inappropriate.
