Legalize Marijuana?

Good morning all,

We expect there will be a bill filed today that would legalize marijuana in Rhode Island, a measure by Democratic Senator Josh Miller and Democratic Rep Edit Ajello. 

There is wide range of views on this issue, and I expect rigorous debate in committee and on the floor of the house if it gets that far.
