EG Businesswoman Named American Heart Association Board Chair

"I am passionate about helping the organization continue to raise awareness of heart health in our area," Granatiero said.

The American Heart Association on Monday announced the appointment of local businesswoman Jessica Granatiero as their new Rhode Island Board of Directors Chair.

“I have had the pleasure of working and volunteering with the local American Heart Association on many events and programs over the years,” Granatiero said.  “I am passionate about helping the organization continue to raise awareness of heart health in our area, which is incredibly important given that cardiovascular diseases and stroke are the number one causes of death in Southern New England in both men and women. My goal is to help the American Heart Association move the mission forward and save lives.”

She has rich experience in events, for large multi-national corporations, small intimate dinners, corporate team building events and charity galas.
